Zoom meeting in honour of Carol P. Christ, pioneering feminist theologian, Goddess scholar, co-founder of the women's spirituality movement, honoured teacher and beloved friend. On December 20, Carol's birthday, we will celebrate her life and legacy, with a focus on the Goddess Pilgrimage on Crete which she initiated 25 years ago and now continues in her footsteps. Experienced Goddess Pilgrim Paula Mariedaughter will offer a presentation on 'The Labrys: Our Connection to the Ancients', Laura will give an illustrated talk about 'Survivals of Bronze Age Goddess Motifs in Baskets, Textiles, and Dances of Crete', and participants in the recent 2022 Pilgrimage will share photos and stories.
